Children are to be supervised at all times, and hosts are not responsible for accidents or injuries related to swimming at the property. <b>⛳ Mini Golf Waiver of Liability:</b> Host will not be liable for any damages incurred from guest use of mini golf. Mini Golf is to be used only under adult supervision and clubs and balls should not be played with for other purposes than Mini Golf. Any ball found to be hit hard enough to exit over the property fence line, or damage anything on the property itself, will be subject to damages paid for by the guest. Any tampering with the pool equipment will result in a $150 minimum fee. <b> 6️⃣ UMBRELLAS </b> should be wound back down and closed after use. We do get strong winds, and if umbrellas are left open and damages are incurred, the guest will be responsible and could be subject to a $150 fee for umbrella replacement. <b>7️⃣ POOL FLOATS </b> should be brough inside the garage and hung on the wall hooks to dry. Failure to bring the floats inside may result in fees charged if the floats blow away in the wind. <b>8️⃣ OUTDOOR PROJECTOR</b> screen should be put back up and not left down when not in use. <b>9️⃣ SPA</b> should not be left on more than a couple hours at one time. Our pool and spa filters run on the same system, and if the spa is left on the pool filter system will be on hold until the spa is turned off. Please help us keep our pool clean for you by turning the spa off when you are finished. <b>1️⃣0️⃣ QUIET HOURS</b> Pool/patio/Neighborhood quiet hours: 10pm-7am, please do not gather outside including the front of the home after these hours. Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 am ○ City of Frisco Chapter 54, Article IV Code of Ordinances prohibits noise disturbances (any unreasonably loud or disturbing noise in the city, which is offensive to a reasonable, prudent adult). ○ Following list includes, but is not limited to, activities that can create unreasonable loud or disturbing noises in violation of City Very Important: We live in a quiet neighborhood, if noise becomes intrusive, the neighbors will contact host/co-host; if noise continues, neighbors will contact local police. If police are called to the property for disturbance after 10pm, I will give you final warning and on a second occurrence your reservation will be cancelled by Airbnb/host/co-host (with no refund and you will leave property immediately). <b>1️⃣1️⃣ HOUSEHOLD ITEMS </b> are not to be removed from the property. Do not move any furniture. Damages or theft will be charged via Airbnb. <b>1️⃣2️⃣ TRASH COLLECTION</b> Curbside trash and recycling pick-up is each Tuesday. Please roll bins to the curb for collection by 7:00 a.m. Trash pickup is in the front of the home on the street while the alley is under construction. Please do not remove the bins from the street if they are full with trash, this will result in the city not collecting the trash. ✅ Bins should be spaced at least three feet apart and away from other obstacles ✅All trash must be inside the bin with the lid fully closed ✅ Secure all trash items in plastic bags ✅ Items outside cart will not be collected, an overloading bin will result in non- collection <b>1️⃣3️⃣PARKING</b> Effective May 1 the city is completing repairs to the back alley which is how the driveway and garage are accessed. While we hope the alley is open by early June, in the event that it is closed during your reservation, parking will only be accessible on the street in the front of the home.
